Terms of use
These bounded terms cover the public KrushIt site and referral foundation as deployed on 2 September 2026. Public Desktop distribution is not yet open.
Permitted use
Use KrushIt only with files you are entitled to process and for lawful purposes. Do not probe, overload, bypass limits, inject arbitrary lineage, manipulate reward state, or interfere with the service or another person’s referral.
Your files and intellectual property
You remain responsible for your source files, backups, rights and intended outputs. KrushIt does not claim ownership of your file content. Keep an original until you have reviewed the result.
Bounded outcomes
Capabilities depend on the actual artifact, supported formats, streams and constraints. KrushIt does not promise unlimited input, lossless transformation, an exact size for every file, uninterrupted availability, or support for unlisted systems or formats.
Software availability
The current Desktop target is Windows 11 x64. The public installer is withheld while clean-host dependency-recovery and later release gates remain open. A visible download action or status page is not a promise that an artifact is available.
Referral mechanics
A referral click is attribution evidence only. A referral can qualify only after a referred acquisition produces its first verified Successful Krush and passes baseline anti-abuse rules. Reward records are server-authoritative and idempotent. Exact credit value, caps, expiry, delay and redemption threshold remain unapproved and may not be inferred from the existence of a referral link.
Credits
Any future Krush credit will be a limited product entitlement, not cash, stored value, salary, commission or ownership interest. No numerical credit is currently promised or redeemable.
Availability and changes
The public foundation may be changed, paused or withdrawn for security, correctness, legal or maintenance reasons. Evidence and ledger history may be preserved where needed for integrity.
Liability boundary
Always review outputs and keep backups. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KrushIt is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful inputs, ignored warnings, unsupported use, absent backups or reliance on an unverified output. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Contact and legal identity
The final legal operator details and public contact channel still require founder/legal designation. KrushIt does not fabricate registration details. Broader commercial distribution should not proceed until this decision is closed.
These technical terms require jurisdiction-appropriate legal review before broader commercial release.
